A narrow street got narrower still after a parking bay error.

Leicester City Council sent contractors to paint more bays to increase the parking capacity on Gosling Street in the city.

But local residents complained after noticing that if all the spaces were taken on the one-way street, it would leave a gap big enough only for a motorbike to pass through.
