Two milk teeth thought to be from a child or children have been found by experts searching a former children's home on Jersey. Forensic archaeologists also found further bone fragments in the area following indications from specialist search dogs.
A man is due to appear in court in Jersey charged with raping and sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl.
Claude Donnelly, of St Brelade, was charged with assaulting the girl between 1971 and 1974 on the island.
The 68-year-old was also charged with gross indecency and is set to appear before magistrates in St Helier on Wednesday morning.
