The latest edition of Guinness World Records contains a dazzling assortment of all-new feats and spectacles.

This picture shows the world's largest walking robot. It measures 15.72m in length, 12.33m in width and 8.20m in height. It was made by Zollner Elektronik AG in Zandt, Germany, and is seen here on display in Berlin.

It was built to a 5.2:1 scale, and was created by Drumartic. It was presented and measured in Lienz, Austria.

This miniscule motor is 63.5cm high, 65.41cm wide and 126.47cm long. It was created by Austin Coulson and measured in Carrollton, Texas.

Tallest motorcycle it's possible to ride

This giant stands 5.10m tall from the ground to the top of the handlebars. It was constructed by Fabio Reggiani, and the motorcycle was ridden over a 100m course at Montecchio Emilia, Italy.

Largest bicycle it's possible to ride

It has a wheel diameter of 3.3m and was built by Didi Senft and measured in Pudagla, Germany.

Largest collection of Star Wars memorabilia

This gargantuan haul of products is owned by Steve Sansweet, who has amassed an estimated 300,000 unique items at Rancho Obi-Wan in northern California. To date, only 68,592 items have been accurately audited and catalogued - a figure sufficient enough, however, to beat the previous record by a factor of three. Sansweet estimates that the cataloguing process will take years to complete, as the collection continues to grow.

James Brown has amassed 322 models, all of which are housed at a location called Mr Vacuum Cleaner, in Heanor, Derbyshire, and in Hucknall, Nottinghamshire.

Ouch! This was achieved by Rohan Kokane of India on the set of Lo Show dei Record in Rome, Italy.

Fastest 100m in high heels (female)

The winning time is 14.531 seconds and was achieved by Julia Plecher of Germany on the set of Wir Holen Den Rekord Nach Deutschland, in Europa Park, Rust, Germany.

Fastest human backbend walk over 20m

Leilani Franco travelled 20m in a time of 10.05 seconds while in a backbend position at the Royal Festival Hall in London. A human backbend consists of only the participant's hands and feet on the floor, with the arms extended above the shoulders and head, while the back is completely arched.

Shortest donkey

KneeHi (born 2 October 2007) is a brown jack who measured 64.2cm to the top of the withers at Best Friends Farm in Gainesville. A registered miniature Mediterranean donkey, KneeHi is owned by Jim and Frankie Lee.

The furthest a goat has ever skateboarded is 36m and was achieved by Happie of Fort Myers, Florida. The distance was completed in a time of 25 seconds.

Fastest crossing of a tightrope by a dog

This was 18.22 seconds and was achieved by Ozzy, a border collie/kelpie cross, at F.A.I.T.H. Animal Rescue in Norfolk.

The smallest living dog, in terms of height, is a female Chihuahua called Milly, who measures 9.65cm and is owned by Vanesa Semler of Dorado, Puerto Rico.
