While politicians are waxing lyrical about the need to educate children, it has become clear that a substantial percentage of the adult population could do with going back to school for a good lesson on how to use the English language properly.

Restaurants, bars, clubs and businesses are all culprits when it comes to making unforgivable errors on their signs and advertising. Have you spotted an instance of awful English where you live?
